The latest announcement from WWE for their Class of 2016 Hall Of Fame is the feisty, hard hitting Jacqueline.
Described by WWE as a ‘trailblazer’ for womens wrestling, Jacqueline wrestling in WWE and WCW as well as making a name for herself in Japan and locally in Memphis before heading to WCW in 1997.
As the manager of Kevin Sullivan, Jacqueline showed she could give just as much as she got, clobbering Sullivan’s opponents and slamming them onto arena floors.
Soon after, Jacqueline headed to WWE in 1998, working alongside Marc Mero. Jacqueline ended up taking some glory for herself, winning the WWE Women’s Championship with a victory over Sable. She captured the championship again in 2000.
Additional to wrestling Jacqueline served as a trainer and mentor on the first season of Tough Enough. She returned to the ring in 2004, answering the open challenge of Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero in which she managed to defeat Guerrero and become only the third woman to hold the title, and the first within the WWE.
