British Wrestling has now been allowed to continue under the guidance of the Performing Arts ruling from the Government.

“I have been advised by my officials that where organisations are putting on performance activity such as an entertainment wrestling show, they should follow the guidance of the performing art”

“Indoor performances are permitted where the guidance is followed and social distancing is maintained. This does not require formal certification or approval from central government”

“In the case of Wrestling as a sport at a grassroots level, martial arts can resume on a non-contact basis so long as the activity follows Government guidance on group sizes, social distancing and venues”
