Evolve’s 10th anniversary to air live on WWE’s video on demand platform.

Exclusively announced on The Wrap, Evolve 131 will be the first non-WWE produce to stream live on the WWE Network on July 13th at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

On the card, two Evolve alumni will face off as Adam Cole puts his NXT Title on the line against Akira Tozawa and WWE Cruiserweight Champion Drew Gulak will face NXT’s Matt Riddle in a non-title match.

NXT Superstars Arturo Ruas and Babatunde, Evolve Champion Austin Theory and Evolve Tag Team Champions Joe Gacy and Eddie Kingston will all appear too.

Speaking to The Wrap about this announcement, WWE executive vice president of talent, live events & creative Paul “Triple H” Levesque, said:

“Evolve was the birthplace for many current WWE and NXT Superstars so it is only fitting that their 10th Anniversary Celebration will be showcased live on WWE Network,”

Evolve 131 also takes place on the same day as AEW’s Fight For The Fallen so it leaves wrestling fans once again spoiled for choice.
