ESL Gaming and Intel ® to each invest in a three-year partnership totalling more than USD $100 million. Historic renewal to embark in 2022 and include IEM Katowice 2025.

    On April 28, 2021, ESL Gaming the world’s largest esports company. Stated that they will be continuing their partnership with Intel®. This will be the biggest brand partnership in esports. The renewal of this partnership is estimated to be an investment of over $100m in esports. In over three years, as well as IEM Katowice 2025, and marks 20 years of collaboration between ESL and Intel®. Being the longest operating partnership in esports.

    For over two decades both ESL and Intel® have been collaborating to build the world of esports up. ESL’s Global Technical Partner fueling some of the world’s respected esports tournaments and revolutionary stadium events around the world. This extension will allow both brands to continue delivering pro-level tournaments and events.

    This $100 million + investment will allow both brands to continue to add improvements for players and the esports community. The relationship continues to develop, now involving DreamHack Open and DreamHack Festivals for the first time.

Non-league ESL Pro Tour circuit CS: GO tournaments will now be integrated under the legendary Intel® Extreme Masters brand, this will include ESL One Cologne. Now switching and converting to Intel® Extreme Masters Cologne (IEM Cologne).
