Now before I begin I just want to say that I love TNA & I didn’t consider myself a wrestling fan before I discovered Total Nonstop Action.
Now here’s where I stand on IMPACT Wrestling using those three letters on a regular basis once again, I don’t necessarily feel like it’s a move in the right direction. Impact should be focused on moving forward & not looking back. I’m sure many of you disagree with me & I’m sure some agree with me, both are fine we shouldn’t all have the same ideas & opinions & that’s what this is… My opinion.
Do I miss TNA?, yes absolutely I adore TNA & those letters always bring back happy memories for me but I personally wouldn’t want to see it back on a permanent basis. I’m aware numbers of the AXS TV special left the executives very pleased with the numbers of viewers those 3 letters drew to the show. However I wouldn’t want the letters TNA undoing everything IMPACT WRESTLING has done to get back on the peoples’ good side.
Total Nonstop Action brings plenty of IMPACT Wrestling fans joy just by mentioning the name, but as I said I feel like it should be focused on moving forward & not looking back.
They should absolutely remember & pay tribute to TNA but only on anniversarys, I would even be ok with Slammiversary being presented under the TNA banner but let’s not have the focus being taken away from all the hard work IMPACT has done to distance themselves from the negativity TNA ended with.
So, absolutely pay tribute to that time & don’t sweep it under the carpet but I don’t really want to see it back permanently, I love TNA but I want it to remain as IMPACT Wrestling.
