How would another Mid-Card Championship be a benefit to the Brand?
Under the current regime with divisions filling up nicely with incredible talent, maybe now is the time for another championship that is defended weekly. (on Xplosion perhaps?)
Despite a lot of unbelievable talent that are deserved of being pushed, the main title picture is pretty full right now, and because of this, some stars are slightly overlooked.
Competitors such as Cousin Jake; a strong talent with untapped potential as a future main event star.
A championship around his waist could prove to people that he is A* quality, and if you’ve seen his independent work with companies such as AAW, you will know he is more than qualified to be an Impact Wrestling champion.
Talent such as Madman Fulton who reached championship success on the Independent scene but perhaps isn’t being seen in the same light on Impact Wrestling TV.
Re-introducing another championship, would certainly bring a new feel and focus to the brand and I feel this would be beneficial in helping to utilize more of the current roster.
