Former multi-time WWE World Champion will be joining one of the worlds biggest movie franchise.
It was confirmed yesterday that John Cena will officially join the cast of ‘Fast and Furious 9’.
Universal officially made the announcement yesterday, following a tease that Cena might join the F&F movie roster from Vin Diesel on Instagram back in April.
Not a lot is known about Cena’ role other than that playing “a badass.” Dwayne Johnson, reportedly, will not be a part of the ninth installment.
Cena tweeted about the announcement, saying;
“For nearly 20 years, the Fast Franchise has entertained fans and created some of the biggest cinematic moments in history. It’s an incredible honor to join this franchise and this family.”
