New Japan’s premier tournament moved to avoid Olympics
New Japan Pro Wrestling announced their 2020 schedule, and there is one notable change.
The G1 Climax 30 will take place in the autumn, concluding across October 16th, 17th and 18th at Sumo Hall in Tokyo.
The move is due to the fact of Japan hosting the Olympics this coming year. There is nothing planned throughout July and August right now, the time when the Olympics will be held.
No UK dates or any dates for World Tag or Junior Tag League have been announced yet.
