The first-ever women’s match to take place in New Japan Pro Wrestling
Pro Wrestling STARDOM have just announced that they will be a part of the upcoming New Japan WrestleKingdom show on January 4th and 5th.
They made the announcement at their ‘Year End Climax 2019’ show in Korakuen Hall earlier today. The official English Twitter account confirmed the news.
A guest match on the card has been rumoured ever since BUSHIROAD, the parent company of New Japan, bought STARDOM earlier this year. One would also expect the match to the on January 5th, considering STARDOM are running a show at Ryogoku KFC Hall on January 4th.
The match has not been announced yet but according to Barry Meijer, a Japanese wrestling expert, the match is being described as a ‘No TV Match’ which will be only available ‘at the Tokyo Dome’.
