TNT Extreme Wrestling is set to run a duo of wrestling shows in Liverpool City Centre at the end of the month.
The two shows are called Cold Day in Hell and High Voltage and both seek to appeal to both an all-adults crowd and a family audience respectively.
Cold Day in Hell takes place on Thursday the 25th of November and is aimed at an over-18s audience, while the family-friendly brand, Ignition, has an afternoon show called High Voltage on the 28th of November, a Sunday.
Both of these shows are set to take place in Fusion, the nightclub venue at 17-21 Fleet Street, 2 minutes away from Liverpool Central station and 5 minutes from Lime Street.
TNT Extreme: Cold Day in Hell
Already announced for Cold Day in Hell is a special fatal four-way encounter for the vacated TNT World Championship. That match will be contested between Dan Moloney, Nathan Cruz, Dean Allmark and a fourth contender to be decided in a qualifying match.
TNT Tag Team Champions The She-Wolves, The New Sick Boys and Soner Dursun are also confirmed to appear, as is crossover boxing star RP Davies in a special VIP encounter. RPD goes head to head with Dursun in what should be a sleeper hit of a-bout on the 25th.
In addition, we will also see Irish superstar and Total Carnage 2021 winner Session Moth Martina as well as deathmatch king Clint Margera. Also on the card is former Love Island contestant Adam Maxted taking on the exciting Charlie Sterling for the last spot in the TNT World Championship match.
Two up and coming women’s stars will clash as Heidi Katrina takes on “The Bad Girl” Chantal Jordan.
In contrast, two women at their absolute best will be fighting for the richest prize in TNT women’s wrestling. Lizzy Evo, who has seemingly turned against her home audience, will be looking to take Liverpool’s adopted heroine Alexxis Falcon to the limit in a 30 minute Iron Woman match. This should settle an old grudge, but will Evo’s understudy Angel Hayze be a difference-maker?
Finally, in what should prove to be a high-flying showcase match, Scotty Rawk puts his Ultra X championship on the line against Kid Lykos II.
TNT Ignition: High Voltage
As for the Sunday show, High Voltage, already announced is Kameron Solas taking on Scott Oberman in a career vs title match designed to end their bitter years-long feud.
Liverpool’s Solas won the IGNition Championship earlier this year, realising his career ambition in the process, but was attacked by Scott who used a title shot opportunity to claim the belt from a weakened Kameron. As such, the two competitors will be looking to settle the score.
Manchester’s Taonga will also look to take on Gia Adams in a special Last Woman Standing encounter to end their heated rivalry.
Speaking of heated rivalries, the war between the tag team of Sinergy, Shreddy, Simon Miller, Big Guns Joe, and Brian Aidenson is set to explode on Sunday in a special 3 on 3 encounters, as ShreNRG take on The Baldy Assholes.
The High Voltage card will also feature Tom Thelwell vs JJ Webb in a clash of the young lions, Ultra X champion Scotty Rawk will be in action and in an exclusive VIP-only match, international star Aurora Teves will take on someone no stranger to Ignition, Hannah Taylor. Leon Grey will also be looking to smooth out his issues with Chase Alexander that started at Little Show of Horrors last month.
TNT Extreme Wrestling features an exciting blend of home-grown talent from Merseyside and the UK, while also featuring international talent and legends such as Scott Hall, PAC, and Eddie Kingston.
“TNT is so exciting because it offers something for everyone,” said press officer Ben McCurry. “If you want a more hardcore product, there’s TNT Extreme, but for a family-oriented show, you have IGNition.”
“Either way, no matter which of our brands you see, we’re committed to an excellent day out for a good price showcasing the absolute best in British wrestling.”
TNT has already announced their dates for the calendar year of 2022. Tickets are still available for both Cold Day in Hell and High Voltage on WrestlingTravel
