ROB VAN DAM VS JEFF HARDY (2001)
This ladder match for the Hardcore title was in the midst of a feud that was a sort of “dream” matchup at the time. Hardy was still strictly a tag team man in many ways but as soon as Rob Van Dam turned up in WWF after the demise of ECW, people wanted to see this match. It gets nowhere near the love that the tag team TLC matches involving Jeff and the rest get, but this was another stunt-filled epic that has you on the edge of your seat in both excitement and fear as to what insane thing the two will do next.
