This guy is though. The architect of The Shield shocked the world when he turned on his brothers but has had to look back at every moment to check that Dean Ambrose isn’t there. Unfortunately for Rollins, he has been.
But Rollins has every single tool in the shed to help elevate himself to the title picture. He is one of the best ring workers in the promotion today and gives 110% every time he is there. Some of the moves Rollins pulls off are insanely clever and innovative.
Rollins has also got himself in the mix with big names among the company. Rivalries and friendships with the likes of Triple H, Randy Orton, Kane, John Cena, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns all suit him well for the future.
Let’s not forget how Punk first pushed himself up the ladder (in every sense of the word) – he won Money In The Bank. While Punk was somebody who wasn’t given the best use of the briefcase, Rollins could do better and make his first title run count.
He could essentially be the reincarnation of Punk with his alternative style, great promo work and innovation in the ring.
