The Yellow Brand to join WWE’s annual battle for brand supremacy.
Moments ago at WWE Crown Jewel from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, it was announced that for the first time ever superstars from the NXT brand will be taking part in Survivor Series.
In recent years, Survivor Series has hosted special Raw vs SmackDown brand vs brand match-ups, putting bragging rights on the line as the superstars lay claim for brand supremacy.
Last year Universal champion Brock Lesnar, representing Raw defeated WWE champion Daniel Bryan, representing SmackDown. This year, it has been hinted that the same format will be used however, a major spanner has now been thrown into the works with the announcement of NXT’s involvement.
Potential dream matches featuring Matt Riddle, Johnny Gargano, Shayna Bazsler battling with Raw and SmackDown stars are now a distinct possibility.
